Is Involex a Tally replacement?
No. It is billing, stock, receivables/payables, and GST working reports. It is not a full accounting suite or a Tally clone.
Does it file GST or generate e-invoices?
Involex prepares GST-ready PDFs and GSTR-style working summaries you can share with your CA. Portal filing and e-invoicing, where needed, are typically handled in the ordinary course with your adviser.
Is this self-hosted or do you host it?
The usual path: we host your company workspace after the enquiry. Your data stays in your tenant. A self-hosted install is only if we agree that separately.
What do I get for ₹4,000 / ₹40,000?
One business workspace on monthly or yearly billing. Documents, inventory, reports, and ledger can be switched per company. Your live modules match what we enable for you.
I already pay — where do I sign in?
Use Sign in. Involex matches your user to the right company.
Is there a demo?
Open Try demo / Sign in. When a demo workspace is enabled, the sign-in page shows how to explore it.
Who is responsible if an invoice, tax figure, or report is wrong?
Outputs follow the data and settings in your workspace. Review documents and reports in the ordinary course of business, including with your CA where appropriate. See the Terms of use.
What is your refund policy?
We offer an unconditional 7-day money-back guarantee on all new SaaS subscription plans from initial setup. For desktop licenses, refunds are eligible prior to machine activation or within 7 days if verified incompatible.
How are digital products and licenses delivered?
All Involex products are 100% digital. SaaS cloud workspaces are provisioned immediately (typically within 0 to 15 minutes of payment/onboarding). Desktop license keys and activation credentials are electronically delivered via registered email with ₹0 handling fees.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time with zero cancellation penalties. Your access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle, and you can export your business documents and ledgers at any time.
How is my business data kept secure and backed up?
All communications are encrypted in transit over TLS/HTTPS with HSTS. Data at rest is isolated in tenant workspaces, passwords hashed using industry-standard bcrypt, and automated daily database snapshot backups ensure resilience against loss.
How do I exercise my privacy rights or delete my data?
Under India's DPDP Act 2023, you have full rights to request data access, correction, consent withdrawal, or permanent account erasure. You can submit requests directly through our Data Rights portal or contact our Grievance Officer.
